As a Saginaw Express Car Wash associate, you’ll be expected to:

• To have a valid drivers license, insurance and reliable transportation.
• To be willing to comply with all of our uniform and appearance standards
• Hair above the collar in back for males. Females must tie hair back in a pony tail.
• Hair cut above the ears on the sides.
• Cleanly shaven face.
• NO earrings for males. Females are allowed to wear modest, “Stud type” earring
• No visible tattoos.
• No visible body piercing.
• Sideburns should not extend below the middle of the ear.
• Must show up to work every day in a neat, clean, and complete Saginaw Express uniform.
• To be willing to show up to work each day with a smile, and a positive attitude.
• To have a sincere desire to do whatever it takes to help us create lifetime customers!
• To be willing to recommend needed special services to our customers, to help them keep their cars looking their best!
• To be willing to attend 6 a.m. - 7 a.m. team meetings. (Usually 1 or 2 per month.)
• To be available to participate in our classroom-training curriculum.
• To be an honest person with a high level of integrity.
• To have mastery of basic arithmetic skills (i.e. addition, subtraction, multiplication, etc.)
• To pass a pre-employment drug test.
• To be legally eligible for employment in the U.S.A.
